Commulynx takes care of all the technology aspects by providing ample support so you can focus on your business.

The Commulynx Commitments Program is a prepaid support agreement. Our customers who join this program purchase prepaid services, which will be drawn upon as they are used. Once the Commitments Program is active, our customer is automatically eligible for reduced service rates, a reduced after hour’s emergency call out fee, and extended business hours coverage as well as our Scheduled Maintenance Program.

The Scheduled Maintenance Program (SMP) is specifically designed to meet the needs of small businesses who cannot justify a fulltime IT Support person, or to compliment any existing IT Support team. Our SMP customers have a dedicated onsite engineering resource to maintain operations of IT systems, Communications equipment and infrastructure.
