Once the Commitments Program is active the support partner is automatically be eligible for reduced service rates, a reduced after hour’s emergency call out fee, extended business hours coverage and our Scheduled Maintenance Program. Scheduled Maintenance ProgramThe Scheduled Maintenance Program (SMP) is specifically designed to meet the needs of small enterprises who cannot justify a fulltime IT Support person or the corporate branch office needing IT assistance locally or to compliment any IT Support team. The SMP is a fixed weekly or monthly time slot where, a dedicated onsite engineering resource is placed to respond to calls lodged and to maintain operations of IT systems, Communications equipment and infrastructure.
